對於具相交軸的錐狀直齒齒輪,本文以齒輪原理為基礎,先建立其齒形設計的理論模式,再提出其齒印分析之解析法。在實例分析中,使用該法分別分析無裝配誤差及具有不同裝配誤差組合之錐狀直齒齒輪對的齒印分析,以驗證該法的可用性,及顯示這些齒輪對的接觸特性。
Based on theory of gearing, the model for the surface design of straight beveloid gears is developed. Then an analytical method, to determine the tooth contact analysis (TCA) results of a straight beveloid gear pair with intersecting axes, is proposed. Examples are included, where the method is applied to analyze the tooth-contact characteristics of the straight beveloid gear pairs without or with different combinations of assembly errors, to demonstrate its usage and to verify its correctness.
