衛材是醫院各項業務活動的基礎,醫院對外採購衛材後,進貨補給室庫房(一級庫存),手術室再依預估手術需要量自補給室每週中領。手術室衛材需有一定存量(二級庫存)以供應每日手術使用,目前手術室衛材使用常動向不明,經常存貨過多形成每月積壓大筆資金,也常因缺貨而緊急請領,或是部份衛材供應不繼影響手術品質,鑑於此,本專案主旨在改善手術室衛材管控不良,自89年1月至89年12月實施手術室二級庫存衛材管控,應用電腦化存貨控制,結果顯示:1.提高存貨週轉率平均每月0.8;2.降低存貨金額至平均每月250萬元;3.降低緊急請領率爲每月0次;4.降低盤點誤差率爲平約每月30%。證明手術室實施二級庫存衛材管控改善方案,能有效降低手術室衛材庫存成本,管控衛材流向,減少資材浪費,增加庫存管理之效能。
The medical supplies are the fundamentals of occupational activities in a hospital. The hospital purchased and replenished the stock in the supply center. Operating room then applies the medical supplies from the supply center every week according to the estimated quantities of surgical procedures. There is a certain amount of medical supplies to be kept in stock for everyday needs of operating room. Due to the uncertain tendency of operative need, there are sometimes over stock in metchandises or lack of certain items which would affect the operative qualities. This research focuses on how to improve the inventory management of operating room medical supplies by using computer programs. Following results were observed from the site investigation during the period from january to December 2000. 1. The stock flow ratio rose 0.8 per month. 2. Stock cost turned down to 2.5 million dollars per month. 3. Emergency applied has down to 0 time per month. 4. The rate of inventory error has down to 30% per month. To carry out the improving inventory managing program of operating room medical supplies can reduce the stock capitals efficiently, control the tendency of medical supplies, reduce the waste of resources and increase the efficiency of stock management.
