Stress exists everywhere. In our daily lives, there is much pressure within problems and events we experience. Accumulation of pressure for long periods of time may damage one's health. If there is no effective adaptation or prevention, it may cause crisis to the individuals' body and mind, and also influence work performance, interpersonal relationships and quality of life ingerenal. The psychiatric nursing staff of ten has to deal with aggressive or suspicious patients with no signs of improvement on illness condition. So there is great pressure on the healthcare workers as they deal with there patients.
