摘要
放射線治療（體腔外放射線治療＋近接放射線治療）是與手術治療相當的子宮頸癌治療選擇。子宮腔內近接放射線治療是將射源直接置入體腔（如：子宮腔、陰道），主要目的是增加腫瘤部位之高輻射劑量，且降低周邊組織傷害並維持正常器官之功能性。目前國內文獻對於子宮腔內近接放射線治療過程中的護理較少提及，故本文針對子宮腔內近接放射線治療、治療期間之護理及出院護理指導加以說明，以供臨床護理人員執行相關護理措施時之參考。

Radiotherapy including external beam radiotherapy and brachytherapy is a potential curative therapy to cervical malignancy. Intracavity brachytherapy is the placement of the radioactive source within the body cavity (such as uterus and vaginal). It allows an extremely high dose of the radiation to the attack tumor and spares the surrounding tissue from radiation induced complications. Though intracavity brachytherapy can provide patients high tumor control and low side effect, there was fewer documentation about post-brachytherapy nursing care. In this article, we will focus on this including the nursing care before, during and after the intracavity brachytherapy.
