摘要

實證健康照護是護理照顧的核心能力之一。我國實證護理發展已經在急趕直追國際實證護理的知識發展、實證為基礎的政策制定與品管照護品質的提升。本文將簡介四個國際實證組織的發展目標及現況，並應用JBI實證照護模式進行反思我國實證護理的發展軌跡與健康照護實證的產生、實證統合、實證知識轉換，及實證應用上的現況。最後提出未來實證護理知識發展與臨床應用上的建議。

Evidence-based practice is a core competency of nursing. Evidence-based nursing development, evidence-based policy making, and quality of care in Taiwan are reaching the global standard. In this article, the development goals of four international evidence-based organizations have been introduced. This article was based on the JBI healthcare model to discuss the possibilities of evidence-based development, as well as the status of evidence synthesis, evidence knowledge transfer, and evidence implementation. Finally, I have made suggestions regarding evidence-based development and clinical implementation.
