幼草魚對於飼料蛋白質之利用

The Utilization of Dietary Protein by Young Grass Carp

摘要


1. 以草魚的仔魚爲試驗對象,用酪蛋白爲蛋白源的試驗飼料,每日給餌量爲魚體重之約2%,飼養8星期,測定對於飼料蛋白的利用情形。 2. 飼料中之蛋白含量愈多,草魚之成長愈快,但飼料中蛋白含量在41.70%以上者,成長情形相差不大。 3. 蛋白質之蓄積率以31.77%蛋白飼料區最高,利用率以50.16%蛋白飼料區最佳,但均比鯉魚爲低。 4. 由無蛋白飼料及低蛋白飼料求得的草魚仔魚的維持體氮量並不相同,分別在1.04~1.23mg/100g/day及20.0~22.95mg/100g/day之間。 5.草魚仔魚對於試驗飼料的PER,NPR及NPU大致上以低蛋白區飼料爲高,隨着飼料中蛋白含量之增加而減低。

Feeding experiments have been carried out with 8 kind of diets containing varying levels of casin in an attempt to see the efficent utilization of dietary protein by Ctenopharyngodon idellus (C.& V.). Fish were fed 3 times per day and amount of feeding was about 2% of body weight. water temperature was varied between 20.5℃ and 30.0℃. After8 weeks the result have been found as followings. The increase in body weight was in proportion to the content of protein except No.1 (the blank, free of protein) and No.2 (8.06% protein) whereas the increase in body weight was found to reach a definite value when the crude protein level in the diet was above 41.7%. The body weight of No.1 (Blank) decreased and the No.2 kept the same. The protein accumulation rate (protein accumulated/protein consumed) showed its highest value at 31.77% of protein level. While the protein utilization value (protein accumulation rate/protein content of diet) attained its highest value at 50.16% of protein level. In the experiment, it was found that the nitrogen requirment for maintenance of Ctenopharyngodon idellus (C. & V.) at 1-23 mg/100g body weight/day. The decrease of PER, NPR and NPU were in proportion to the content of protein.
