硫酸銅及克藻淨對絲藻Chaetomorpha sp. (Chlorophyceae)之抑制及毒性研究
The Effect of Two Copper-algicides (Copper Sulfate and Cutrine-Plus) on a Fresh-Water Filamentous Alga, Chaetomorpha sp.(Chlorophyceae)
摘要
以二種含銅除藻劑（硫酸銅及克藻淨）對一種淡水絲藻Chaetomorpha sp.作藥效檢定結果顯示藻絲上各細胞其所處生活史階段之不同而呈現不同之反應。二種除藻劑在0.5ppm Cu顯示毒性，在0.05~0.25ppm Cu顯示抑制。抑制效果主要在指數期，在潛伏期不顯著。在相同銅濃度下，硫酸銅之抑制作用於克藻淨。

A fresh-water filamentous alga, Chaetomorpha sp. (Chlorophyceae) was tested with two copper-algicides, copper sulfate and cutrine-plus. Both algicides presented toxic effect at 0.5ppm Cu and inhibitory effect at 0.05-0.25ppm Cu. The inhibitory effect was mainly on the exponential phase and insignificant on the lag phase. Copper sulfate showed more inhibitory effect than cutrine-plus did at each treated concentration.
