溫度、光照氮鹽對Skeletonema Costatum脂肪酸之影響

摘要


利用移動性陰影作為視覺刺激,所誘導之十四種淡海水硬骨魚的固定型式驚嚇行為(卽C-形逃避反應),對多種實驗魚均已被證實,唯無法精確測定其潛伏期。故本實驗利用不同强度與不同波長之閃光刺激,實驗結果唯鱈魚呈典型之行為反應,並伴有顯著之心律受抑制之生理現象(此特稱心跳停失—missing heartbeat)。為降低其他海魚(鮭)對此閃光驚嚇反應之閾値,本實驗並利用電擊作條件反射訓練,直到其心跳間期有顯著差異,再以閃光刺激,却仍無法誘導其驚嚇行為或任何心跳停失。實驗結果推論鱈魚為適應較廣範圍光照强度之水域環境可能具有對閃光刺激較敏感之驚嚇行為及心跳變化,以配合其游泳機能作顯著的C形逃逸。

1.Out of 14 experimental teleost species used for the study visually evoked startlebehavior,most of the species responded to a moving shadow.Cod is unique in respondingto a brief flash(about 5 msec duration)with a stereotyped C-shaped startle response.2.The C-startle behaviour with fast-body-bend and tail-flip was studied using a TVset-up.Electrocardiographic recording(ECG)was studied with chronically implantedsilver electrodes.3.ECG recording from freely swimming cod and salmon demonstrated that only codshowed a conspicuous missing heartbeat along with the startle response.The other speciesdid not show C-startle behaviour nor missing heartbeat.4.From the results of these studies,it is suggested that the flash stimulus frightensthe cod and drives them to escaping in order to adapt to their environment with widerangedillumination.
