摘要


鋁合金6061(Al-Mg-Si)T6或T651板片材是目前國內產製國防用鋁材中使用量最大且價高之鋁種。生產過程中之固溶處理及析出熱處理對其機械性質合格與否,有極大之影響。民國74年11月以前中鋼軋鋁廠6061熱處理後鋁品機械性質合格率較低,自74年11月月起在固溶加熱,淬火冷却等方面進行測試與改善,至75年3月止合格爐次已提昇至91%以上。本報告由固溶處理之理論闡明此項改善措施及各種測試結果。文中對影響固溶加熱速率之因素,固溶處理後等待(T4處理)時間對後續T6處理後之機械性質之影響均作了說明與解析。

Aluminum alloys 6061-T6 (or T651) in the forms of sheets or plates are the major domestically manufactured aluminum products which are used for the defense purpose. The solution and aging heat treatments have a great effect on the OK rate of these products. The OK rate of 6061-T6 after heat treating had been low at the aluminum production plant of CSC before Nov., 1985. After a series of examinations and improvements on the processes of the solution and quenching treatment, starting from Nov. 1985, the OK rate was raised to higher than 91% in terms of no. of heats as of March, 1986. This paper describes the theoretical and practical aspects of the improvements. The factors affecting the heating-up rate in the furnace and the mechanical properties after T6 are also analyzed.
