摘要


機械切削所用之冷却油水乳化液,經數次循環使用後成為乳化之油水廢液,直接排放將造成環境之汚染,經實驗室之研究完成處理程序如下:車削乳化廢液首先由斜板油水分離器,除去其中之浮油,乳化液再以FeCl_3,Ca(OH)_2,及Floc. Aid加以處理,使乳化破壞,再經斜板固液分離器,分離其中之固體沉澱物,水中之微量懸浮物由離心機除去,再經活性碳吸附,祛除其中之微量含油、色度及臭味後,以6倍自來水稀釋,降低其C.O.D.值達政府規定放流標準後予以排放。目前已建立一座每小時處理200公升車削乳化廢液之工場,並已完成40餘噸廢液之處理,處理每公升所需藥品費用約為0.149元。

The emulsified liquid released from oily machining waste not only contains a great deal of cooling oil but also a large quantity of surface active agent. Direct discharge will lead to a serious pollution of enviroment. Therefore, a series studies of the emulsified liquid waste treatment were carried out in the laboratory. The main process contains chemical treatment and physical separations. The emulsion treated by the physical method with an inclined plate separator was used to get off the mass floating oil first. The rest emulsion was treated by the chemicals; FeCl_3, Ca(OH)_2, and Floc. Aids to neutralize the common charge, adjust the acidity and coagulate the suspending particles, then it was transferred to the inclined plate separator to remove the solid precipitates from liquid. The small suspended particles were then removed by a centrifuge. The filtrate was pumped through the activated carbon column to get off the minor oil, color and ordor, etc. The treated water is controlled by a pH meter. When the pH of the water is within the discharge arnge, 6 times volume of tape water was added to dilute the C.O.D. value to belw 300 mg/l to meet the regulations before it was dischargd to sewer system. A capacity of 200 l/hr of emulsion liquid treatment plant has been built and 40 tons of emulsion liquid has been treated already. The chemicals cost at 0.149 NT dollars per liter of emulson liquid treated.
