摘要

油礦鑽探作業中，井噴是個一直存在的問題。在鑽探過程中處處潛藏着井噴的可能，一旦發生，將導致人員的傷亡、鑽井設備毁壞、地下資源喪失及壓井的高昂費用。鑽探中為求降低井噴危險，必須使用最新的設備和優良的技術及正確的判斷。防噴問題是所有鑽井人員共同的責任。尤其近來深井及海域鑽井的增加，更使得井噴所造成的危害比以往更鉅大，因此防噴及制噴工作是鑽井界所須面對的一個重要課題。

Blowout has always been a problem in oil well drilling operations; Potentially every drilling operation could become a blowout and result in loss of personel, destruction of the drilling rig, loss of petroleum reserves, and great expense in controlling the blowout. To limit this risk, the most modern equipment and the best possible techniques and judgement must be used. This problem is of common concern to the drill crews, supervisors, and contractors and each has a share responsibility. The prevention and control of blowout is one of the critical problems faced on the drilling industry. With the current emphasis on deep drilling and off-shore drilling, the potential damage from a blowout is greater than ever.
