含鈦高成形性汽車用冷軋鋼片之開發

The Development of Ti-Treated High Formable Cold-Rolled Steell Sheets for Automotive Applications

摘要


本研究之主要目的乃為以加鈦鋼經連續退火方式開發出具有高r值高成形性之冷軋鋼片。由研究結果顯示,在足量鈦添加情況下組成中之碳含量對於r值具有絕對性之影響。隨著碳含量的提高,鋼片之r值隨之下降。而硫含量的降低亦可以有效地提高鋼片之n、r值。故此,未來煉鋼作業朝極低碳、極低硫應為一正確之走向。在製程方面,降低鋼胚再加熱溫度、提高熱軋、冷軋裁減量以及提高退火溫度有助於r值的提升。而完軋溫度及熱軋盤捲溫度的變化對鋼片性質之影響小,有利於軋鋼作業之調整。此外,且退火冷却速率的改變對鋼片性質變化不敏感,此亦有利於退火作業。依本研究可開發出具有優良深衝性之冷軋鋼片,其性質可圓滿符合汽車高成形性組件之使用。且由研究結果在在顯示以加鈦IF鋼來產製此類鋼片,在製程中操作彈性極大,量產之可行性高,值得大力提倡。

For the purpose of producing a cold-rolled steel sheet with non-aging and deep drawing properties through continuous annealing, the titanium-stablized steel was investigated in this study. The experimental results show that a sufficient Ti addition is essential for the manufacture of high formable cold-rolled steel sheet. Also, the initial carbon content in steel can play a predominant role to affect the sheet properties. The r-values of steel sheet decrease with increasing carbon content. In addition, the n-values and r-values of steel sheet increase with decreasing sulfur content. Therefore, it is effective to promote the sheet formability by using an ultra low carbon and sulfur content steel. As to the processing conditions, steel treated with low slab reheating temperature, large hot-rolling and cold-rolling reduction and high annealing temperature are beneficial to producing a high r-value high formable steel sheet. On the contrary, the changes in both of finishing temperature and coiling temperature indicate no significant effect on sheet properties, which can provide a great convenience for rolling mill operations. Through this study, the high formable cold-rolled steel sheet can be sucessfully developed to fulfil the property requirement of deep-drawing type automotive parts. Because of the great flexiblity on the manufacturing of such high formable cold-rolled steel sheet by Ti-stablized steel, it could be easily scaled-up for mass production.
