保持出鐵口在良好的狀況下,順利出清高爐產出之銑渣,穩定爐床銑渣液位,進而穩定高爐爐況是高爐高產能操作極為重要的一環;另因環保要求標準提高,持續降低污染,善盡社會責任,與提高產能並重。貳號高爐自87年4月開始試用一次開孔,經過一年的改善,獲致良好的成果,並推廣至其它高爐,在89年3月全面採行。成果如下:1.簡化開孔作業流程,縮短作業人員高溫作業時間,減輕工作負荷。2.出鐵口不內裂,出鐵順利;出鐵口深度增長,出鐵時間加長,次數降低。3.避免因事先開孔失敗、鐵水自流造成之空氣污染與意外事故。4.降低或免除因吹氧作業、拆裝實心重撞桿引起之安全事故。5.銑渣出清良好,避免因出鐵不順影響爐況;原料或設備異常時,並可協助爐況之恢復。6.降低出鐵作業成本。
It's essential to keep tap hole in good condition so as to get smooth tapping and stable control of hot metaI & slag level under high productivity conditions, and meanwhile prevention or decrease of air pollution are also the important duty of blast furnace operators. To achieve these, CSC No2 blast furnace cast house people had made great efforts since Apr. 1998 to improve tap hole opening method, and the resulting achievement is also applied to all other furnaces in March 2000. The results are as follows: 1. Simplify the tap hole opening procedure; so as to reduce the worker's exposed time to high temperature. 2. Prevent tap hole crack, reduce the tapping troubles and keep long tap hole depth so as to get long tapping time and to reduce times of tap per day. 3. Prevent the air pollution caused by failure of socking-bar tapping method. 4. Improve the security of workers by reducing possibilities of tapping by oxygen lancing and heavy percussion bar. 5. Empty hearth and keep low hot metal & slag level to improve the blast furnace operation condition. 6. Reduce tapping operation cost.
