本文探討臥式攪拌珠磨機應用於積層陶瓷電容(multilayer ceramic capacitor;MLCC)原料粉末-鈦酸鋇配方粉(Y5V type)的研磨及混料過程,對該配方粉的作用探討。臥式攪拌珠磨機對積層陶瓷原料粉末具有先分散再研磨集中的效率,且對於粉體的結晶相具有破壞力,同時具有降低粒徑之效果,8.5小時的研磨可將配方粉體的平均粒徑由0.6μm降至0.3μm。其中不同研磨時間的粉末反應在陶瓷燒結體產生的晶粒成長差異,將直接影響積層陶瓷電容產品的性質。本文之結果可提供利用臥式攪拌珠磨機在工業級鈦酸鋇型粉末混料系統及處理後的粉末應用上的參考。
This study was focused on the effect of treatment by stirred ball mill on the properties of barium titan ate powers. for Y5V. After treatment by a agitator mill, the barium titanate powders were first dispersed in size distribution and then concentrated in narrow size range. The crystals of powder appeared slightly amorphous and the mean particle size minimized from 0.6μm to 0.3μm in 8.5 hours treatment, Abnormal grain growth occurlied in sintering of the treated powders, revealing the time effects of agitator treatment, This phenomena could be applied in industrial scale as reference for controlling the preparation of barium titanate powders using agitator mill.
