高褐鐵礦增量燒結技術之開發與應用

Technical Development and Application of Increasing Pisolitic Iron Ore in Sintering

摘要


褐鐵礦為含有結晶水的低價鐵礦,可降低原料成本,但不利於燒結性質。本研究使用燒結鍋實驗,探討提高褐鐵礦用量時,改善燒結性質之方法。結果顯示:(1)當褐鐵礦配比增加時,燒結礦產率下降。調整鐵礦配比,可減小產率下降之幅度。(2)提高褐鐵用量時,需增加原料造粒之水份。(3)在燒結床加裝改善透氣性之「料耙」,可提高燒結礦之產率。(4)以減少助熔劑用量之方式,調整燒結礦化學成份、降低燒結溫度,有助於提升燒結礦產率及強度,並降低耗焦率。實際應用方面,1998至2003年,在中鋼燒結原料中提高褐鐵礦配比約18%。每年節省原料成本約新台幣2.5億元。

Increasing pisolitic ore in sintering can reduce the cost of raw material, but it may also be unfavourable to the sintering properties. In this study sinter pot tests were used to investigate the effect of increasing pisolitic are on the sintering properties and the ways to improve the productivity of sinter. The results showed that when the pisolitic are was increased, the productivity of sinter decreased. The decrement varied with the kinds of iron ores replaced by the pisolitic ore. Increasing pisolitic are required a higher moisture in raw mix. The productivity of sinter could be improved by inserting permeability bars in s inter bed. Reducing the fluxes to decrease the SiO_2 and MgO contents, and to raise the basicity in sinter was favourable to the productivity, tumbler strength and coke rate in sintering. From 1998 to 2003 the blending ratio of pisolitic are was increased around 18% in China Steel sinter plants. This reduced the cost of raw materials in ironmaking around NT$ 250 million per year.
