二階段燒結對於α相氧化鋁粉末之緻密化及顯微結構發展影響

摘要


相較於一般的傳統燒結方式,二階段燒結方式可以有效的控制燒結中的各種擴散機制,並能有效的抑制燒結後期中緻密化所伴隨的異常晶粒成長。本實驗以1400℃做為第一階段燒結溫度,1300℃做第二階段燒結溫度,以持溫時間做為燒結參數,研究其緻密化和晶粒成長尺寸之變化,實驗結果顯示在第一階段燒結中,所達到之燒結體密度對於緻密化及晶粒成長有明顯影響,本實驗中以1400℃/60min-1300℃/168h二階段燒結條件下得到最佳結果,其晶粒尺寸可抑制在460nm之內,相對理論密度則可高於96%。

In the present work, the grain growth and densification behavior of α-alumina powders have been investigated by two-step sintering method. The Al_2O_3, green bodies were first heated to 1400°C to achieve an intermediate density (> 75% of theoretical density), then cooled down and held at 1300°C for 2~168h until they became fairly dense. Experimental results indicated that the two-step sintering method was successful in enhancing densification and exhibiting grain growth. The best sintering conditions of 1400°C/60min~1300°C/168h were obtained to get smallest average grain size (<460nm) and the greatest fired density (> 96% theoretical density).
