開發SUJ2軸承鋼球化模式

Development of Spheroidized Annealing Pattern in Bearing Steel

摘要


SUJ2軸承鋼是生產最高品質條線產品之能力指標,不但要求介在物的清淨度要佳,且球化退火後要求合適的球化組織,包括碳化物粒度CS、網狀碳化物CN、層狀碳化物LC,以利後續熱處理。在退火溫度上限780℃下,本報告透過L9田口方法,以找出最合適的球化退火模式。

SUJ2 bearing steel is the capability indicator of manufacturing the highest quality bar/rod products. Not only the reduction in non-metallic inclusions but also the suitable spheroidized microstructure after annealing, including Carbide Size(CS), Carbide Network(CN) and Lamellar Content(LC), are required for subsequent heat treating practice. In order to get the optimum spheroidized annealing pattern under the constraint of the highest available annealing temperature being kept below 780°C, a series of experiments following the L9 design of Taguchi Method are investigated in this study.
