Low carbon AI-killed steel is one of the major products in CSC. A multiple production processing is required to produce in a large quatity. In this study, a bomb sample was used to take AI-killed a liquid steel sample after RH treatment, at the stirring station, and after-BOF stage respectively. An acid solution method was used to get inclusion inside steel samples for absening the inclusion shape in different processes. New paragraph has been observed that (1) inclusions were two-dimension dentritic, rod and three-dimension coral shape in RH stage; (2) globular, angular and rod shape in stirring stage; and (3) large curved rod and small angular shape in after-BOF stage. The particles were mostly less than 5μm due to floation of large inclusions. These particles had different shape due to various refining process in continuous casting stage.
