新型水性隔熱塗料隔熱效果研究

Thermal Insulation Efficiency of a Water-base Heat-insulating Coating

摘要


在眾多建築塗料中,隔熱塗料愈來愈受建築業者與消費者重視。目前市售隔熱塗料為在其內添加具反射紅外線功能的顏料;而本研究探討的新型水性隔熱塗料,其隔熱機制以阻隔為主。新型水性隔熱塗料的熱阻隔功能來自白雲石,因其經過煅燒處理後,結構疏鬆,氣孔率大,隔熱效果優良。再結合水性丙烯酸樹脂、二氧化鈦和其他助劑與填料,製得水性隔熱塗料。該塗料對水泥纖維板與鐵皮附著性良好,耐刷洗超過2000次,熱傳導係數僅0.0926W/mK(1.8mm),且以紫外線照射(QUV)2000小時而無異狀。本塗料塗覆在鍍鋅鐵板與混凝土表面,在熱燈照射下,表面與背面的溫差,分別達到10℃與7.2℃,且關閉熱燈後,塗覆本塗料的混凝土散熱遠快於未塗覆本塗料者;經測試後,本塗料的熱反射率為73.6%。

Heat-insulating coatings have been much valued by dealers in building and consumers among the many architectural coatings. Currently heat-insulating coatings intended that it contained some pigments having the function of reflecting infrared in the market. But the present study discussed a new waterborne heat-insulating coating having efficient heat barrier function.A water-based acrylic resin combined with calcined dolomite, titanium oxide and other additives and fillers to form the waterborne heat-insulating coating. The coating has an excellent adhesion on cement fiberboards and steel plates, and is persistent after more than 2000 time brushings. The thermal conductivity was very low 0.0926 W/mK (1.8mm thickness). The coating is intact after 2000 hours of continuous ultraviolet radiation.Under a heat lamp irradiation the temperature difference on the surface and the back of galvanized steel plate and concrete with the waterborne heat-insulating coating is 7.2°C and 10°C. After turning off the heat lamp the heat radiation from the coated galvanized steel plate and concrete is far faster than that of uncoated ones. The heat reflectivity of the coating is determined at 73.6%.
