超低碳氮硫鋼煉鑄製程技術開發

摘要


西元2004年以前,中鋼生產的極低碳氮鋼種,碳氮含量最嚴苛規格為≦ 20ppm。近來,為再提昇市場對極低碳氮鋼材的「深沖成形性」需求,西元2004年中旬開始積極開發規格碳氮含量≦ 18ppm的鋼種。另外,西元2001年以前,中鋼已陸續成功開發中低規格電磁鋼片,為了提高電磁鋼產品競爭力,近年來積極開發低鐵損值、最高品級的電磁鋼產品,由於產品碳、氮、硫含量管制愈來愈嚴格,且在精煉製程需投入大量矽鐵合金,易造成復碳、甚至復氮,因此需提昇煉鋼連鑄的技術水準,積極開發超低[C][N][S]之冶煉連鑄技術,以穩定生產高品級電磁鋼種和深沖成形的冷軋超低碳氮鋼材,滿足客戶需求。研究藉由開發試煉相關鋼種時,建立二次精煉RH製程煉製[C] ≦ 10ppm鋼液的製程技術,轉爐吹煉鋼液[N] ≦ 11ppm的製程技術,以及串製程冶煉超低[S]鋼液的製程技術,在連鑄製程還需嚴格控制復碳和復氮量的水準,以滿足前述超低[C]、[N]、[S]鋼種的生產需求。除潔淨鋼液外,優內外質鋼胚更是高品級鋼品低成本量產技術的關鍵。高規格電磁鋼因含大量Al、Si活性元素,連鑄過程不僅模內渣性變化大,潤滑性差,鋼胚物性、凝固現象及裂敏感性甚高,為所有鋼種中最難澆鑄之鋼種。經多次試驗研究,終於突破萬難,建立高品級電磁鋼煉鋼連鑄製程之量產技術。

An improved steelmaking and continuous casting technology for producing super-low [C] [N] [S] steels have been developed for the high-grade electrical steels and high-deep drawing auto steels that meet stringent customer's demand. The technology of RH secondary refining process making molten steel [C] ≦ 10ppm, the blowing technology of BOF making molten steel with [N] ≦ 11ppm, and the string process technology of making the super-low [S] molten steels have been developed after numerous research and experiments both in laboratory and plant. Simultaneously, the content of carbon and nitrogen during continuous casting process were strictly controlled in order to meet the needs of the super-low [C], [N], [S] steels production. In addition to the cleanliness of molten stell, the casting technology of excellent internal and external quality of slabs has also developed, especially for the high contents of [Al] and [Si] high-grade electrical steels, which are very cracking sensitive. Having applied the improved, low-cost, mass production technologies on to the steelmaking shop, China Steel has significantly gained good benefit during the recess of steel markets.
