本文主要介紹熱浸鍍鋅高強度鋼SGC400依不同用途而新開發之二項鋼種,其一為高強度伺服器機殼用途,係以傳統SGC400鋼種為基礎,調整碳含量以避開包晶反應區,進而提升鋼捲表面品質;並藉添加磷(P)、矽(Si),及調整冷軋裁減率以優化機性,達成伺服器機殼高表面品質、高強度、易加工要求。其二為滑軌用途,藉調整成分、添加微量合金元素如鈮(Nb)等,並提高熱軋階段出爐溫度,增加合金固溶量以提高降伏抗拉比值,並同步提升抗疲勞強度,達成滑軌用料之需求。藉由本次開發之二項SGC400新用途鋼種,成功提升產業高品級用料比例,並可使中鋼熱浸鍍鋅用料在電腦、3C領域進一步拓展,目標可帶來年產值達25億元以上。
In this study we introduce two newly developed steel grades. The first one is based on original SGC400 for the usage of high strength server case. Its carbon content is lowered to avoid the peritectic phase transformation to improve its surface quality. Phosphor and silicon are added and cold-rolling reduction ratio is adjusted to achieve the three demands of server case, including high strength, high surface quality and good formability. The other is for the usage of slide. The yield ratio and anti-fatigue strength is increased by the adjustment of chemical composition such as the addition of niobium, and the increase of soluble alloying contents by higher slab reheating temperature during hot-rolled process to meet the requirement of slide. With this two new developed grade, CSC can help the upgrade of 3C steel industry and bring more market share, which annual value is over 2.5 billion NTD.
