摘要


核能研究所燃料元件所用的鋁零件的陽極處理工作,從設計規劃,採購機器,至安裝試車,全部由自力完成。本報告叙述陽極膜的功用,陽極處理理論的探討,檢驗方法,和陽極處理的實務,我們所用的陽極處理方法為直流硫酸法,操作條件如下:硫酸濃度170g/ℓ,溫度18°C,電流密度11 A/ft^2,能在30分鐘處理時間得到10μ的膜厚。陽極處理工場裝置的設備包括冷凍機,SCR整流器,離子交換純水設備,電熱水器,硫酸幫浦,以及一列十一個處理槽。

An anodizing shop for treating aluminium parts in fuel elements has been set up entirely by indigeneous means. The project consisted of planning, design, procurement of equipment, installation and trial-runs. The present report deals with the applications of anodic films, theoretical investigations, inspection methods, and anodizing practices. We use the DC sulphuric acid process under the following operation conditions: concentration of H_2SO_4 170 g/l, bath temperature 18°C, current density 11 A/ft^2, 10μ thick anodic film being obtained from 30 min. treatment. The facilities installed include chiller unit, silicon controlled rectifier, ion-exchange water purifier, electric water heaters, acid pump and an array of eleven tanks.
