本研究提出一車用型影像記錄系統之硬體設計,將數位行車記錄儀結合影像記錄器。捨棄了昂貴的電腦主機,採用功能精簡與穩定的嵌入式系統來實現整個設計的架構,利用德州儀器TMS320DM367多媒體系統單晶片為核心,配合多路影像解碼器輸入視訊音訊。並根據系統需要,設計電源供應、影像音訊輸入輸出、儲存…等模組。電路針對車輛電子裝置之環境可靠度設計,使用工業規格之芯片搭配散熱措施,期望系統能通過ISO16750車輛電子裝置的環境測試。多功能載具實現了四路影像錄製,影片內嵌車身資訊,並配合全球定位系統記錄行車路線的ARM(Advanced RISC Machine)架構載具影像記錄系統。可於電腦端利用軟體同步顯示路線及影片,使車隊業主以更簡便方式管理車隊、查核司機有無違規之疑。透過系統置於極端環境的運作測試,其模擬與實驗結果,如在高溫70°C操作下,運轉至48小時後,以達損壞程度,無法正常運行等,驗證所研製的多功能載具影像記錄系統平台,在未來若能配合較佳散熱結構時,更可滿足車輛電子的環境耐受標準。
This study proposes a vehicle type (e.g. trucks, vans, buses, and etc.) image recording system hardware design which combines the digital driving recorder with the camcorder. In order to abandon the expensive mainframe computers, the whole design structure was implemented by using the functional streamline and stable embedded systems. The media System-on-Chip (TMS320DM367, Texas Instruments, Dallas, Texas, USA) was the core to be cooperated with the multi-channel video decoder to process the input video and audio signals. And different modules of power supply, video and audio input and output, storage, and etc. could be designed by the system request. The circuit was designed by the environment reliability of the vehicle electronic devices that the industrial specification chips with cooling devices. The system was expected to pass the ISO16750 environmental testing of electronic devices. The multi-functional vehicle achieved the four channels video recording. The vehicle body information with global positioning system recording the driving directions was embedded by the ARM (Advanced RISC Machine) to construct the vehicle image recording system. The route and the video could be synchronized by the software at the computer client. The system can provide the manager to manage the vehicle teams by using the more convenient way, and the violation of vehicle drivers would be inspected by the system. Through the operation of the system in extreme environmental test, the simulation and experimental results show that the system will be damaged by the continuously operation after 48 hours with the 70°C operating temperature. The platform of the multi-functional image recording vehicle with better cooling structure design can fit the environmental tolerance criteria of vehicle electronics in the near future.
