生質物粒片之水份蒸發研究

Study on Moisture Evaporation of Biomass Chips

摘要


一般而言,生質物進行化學轉換(熱裂解)反應之前必須先行脫水乾燥,使生質物內含水率降低至一定值,否則將影響後續製程能源效率以及產能。本研究為提供乾燥器及反應器設計之基本參數,以乾燥技術為基礎,探討生質物預熱乾燥之特性,主要樣品為油棕果短纖、油棕果短纖(造粒)、椰子殼短纖、柳杉、大葉桉,經備樣後進行乾燥試驗與生質物顯微分析,並建立短纖類(無質傳效應)及木材類(具質傳效應)生質物之水分蒸發速率模式。試驗結果顯示木材類在軸向薄片的水分蒸發均比徑向來得大,但在相同加熱溫度下,蒸發速率會隨厚度尺寸增加而減少,最後也驗證此蒸發速率模式大致符合試驗數據。

In general, raw biomass must be dehydrated by drying before undergoing chemical conversion (or pyrolysis), so that the moisture contained in biomass is substantially reduced to a certain value, otherwise it will affect the energy efficiency and productivity of subsequent processes. In order to provide the design parameters for dryers and reactors, it investigated the moisture evaporation characteristics of biomass based on drying technology in this study, study samples were Trachycarpus fortunei, Trachycarpus fortunei (granulation), Cocos nucifera fiber, Cryptomeria japonica and Eucalyptus robusta. The drying test and microanalysis were carried out after raw biomass preprocessing, and the calculated model of biomass evaporation rate for short fiber types (no mass transfer effects) and wood types (with mass transfer effects) were developed according to the obtained drying data. The results show that the rate of moisture evaporation timber in axial direction for thin slices was greater than that in radial direction, in addition, at the same heating temperature, the evaporation rate will increase with the reduced thickness of the wood size. Finally, the moisture evaporation is verified to approximately meet the test data.
