苗床下遮蔭處理對朵麗蝶蘭抽梗與開花的影響

Effects of Underneath-bench Shading Treatment on Spiking and Flowering of Doritaenopsis

摘要


在日溫與夜溫分別控制在25至28℃與18至22℃的自然日長溫室內,成熟的Doritaenopsis Nobby's Pink Lady ”CL200”蘭苗移入苗床下方,而苗床上以80%遮光黑網直接覆蓋後進行不同時間與程度的遮蔭處理,即6週(6W)、14週(14W)與6週後改以50%遮光黑網再處理3週(6W+3W)。不同遮蔭處理後的蘭苗移至相同於對照處理的苗床上繼續培養,比較不同處理在花梗誘導及開花發育的差異。實驗結果顯示,6W與6W+3W遮蔭處理皆可有效延遲蘭苗抽梗,而14W遮蔭處理則無法完全抑制蘭苗抽梗,暗示除了抽梗前的光照強度,還有其它因子控制蘭苗抽梗。相較於對照處理,遮蔭處理會降低花梗數與花梗長,尤其在14W遮蔭處理;然而14W遮蔭處理明顯增加每支花梗的花朵數及第一朵花的寬度。相對的,6W+3W遮蔭處理則可以減緩遮蔭對花梗數及花梗長的影響,同時有助於每梗花朵數及第一朵花寬度的增加。整體而言,此簡易的苗床下遮蔭處理確實可有效延遲抽梗,而且尚可維持相當優良的開花品質,因此,有希望可以成為調控蝴蝶蘭花期的方法。

In a natural light greenhouse, with controlled day and night temperatures ranging from 25-28℃ and 18~22℃, respectively, the mature Doritaenopsis Nobby's Pink Lady ”CL200” plants were placed directly underneath the rolling bench covered with a nylon net to exclude 80 percent of the incident irradiance. They were subjected to different shading treatments for different time periods, namely shading for six weeks (6W), fourteen weeks (14W) and six weeks followed by another three-week shading with a nylon net to exclude 50 percent of the incident irradiance (6W+3W). After shading treatments, the plants were moved onto the rolling bench, same as the plants under control treatment. Comparisons in terms of spike induction and flower development were made between the plants undergoing different treatments. Results clearly showed spike inhibition in plants undergoing 6W and 6W+3W treatments, but not the 14W treatment, implying that some factors other than light irradiance contributed to spike induction. Compared with the control treatment, shading reduced the number and length of stalks, especially the 14W shading treatment. However, the 14W shading treatment increased significantly the number of florets per stalk and the width of the first floret. In contrast, the 6W+3W treatment ameliorated the reduction in both number and length of stalks due to shading and was also conducive to increasing the number of florets per stalk and the width of the first floret. On the whole, this simple underneath-bench shading treatment delayed effectively spike induction without compromising flower quality. Hence, it could be a promising means to scheduling the flowering date of Phalaenopsis.
