我們利用人類O型紅血球及小白鼠紅血球之凝集作用來初步定性和定量蔬菜、水果中Lectin之分佈情形,同時使用Glucose、Galactose、Mannose等3種單醣對Lectin產生抑制凝集作用來初步檢測各種Lectin與特殊單醣類結合之性質。結果蔬菜、水果中之紅血球凝集活性強度排列如下:蔬菜:大紅豆、蕃茄、黃豆、蠶豆、馬鈴薯、黑棗、蓮藕、木耳等;水果:蘋果、香蕉、棗子、蓮霧、草莓、芭樂。
The distribution of lectins is wide in plant kingdom such as vegetables and fruits. To investigate the distribution of lectins in vegetables and fruits, hemagglutination method was used. The hemagglutination activities were found in vegetables such as red Kidney bean, tomato, soybean, broad bean, potato, Indian plum, lotus root, corn, dasheen, bamboo shoot, Juda's ear, and in the fruits such as apple, banana, date, guava, wak gambuor, strawberry.
