成年男性肺量計肺功能正常值之研究

摘要

健康人之肺功能值受種族、年齡、性別、身高、姿勢、體表面積之影響，因此成年人肺功能之正常值相當寬廣，本文即探討肺功能之正常值。總計446位受測人之平均年齡45歲，身高168公分，體表面積1.73方公尺，以肺量計測定各項肺容積、通氣量、呼吸力學等項目，所測得之數據以電子計算機計算並分析之。受測者之平均肺活量為3661.0毫升，自願最大通氣量為107.9升／分，第一秒、第三秒最大呼氣速度百分比分別為77.2%及97.4%。又求得肺功能值與年齡、身高、體表面積之一元或二元迴歸方程式如下所列，以作為該年齡層國人肺量計肺功能之預期式（標準式），並可由其導出正常值，如下所列：①肺活量（毫升）=-2332-20.36×年齡（歲）+49.95×身高（公分）。②自願最大通氣量（升／分）=118.2-1.09×年齡（歲）+22.42×體表面積（方公尺）。③第一秒最大呼氣速度百分比（%）=79.6-0.053×年齡（歲）④第三秒最大呼氣速度百分比（%）=105.2-0.171×年齡（歲)

Wide range of normal spirometry values was attributable to race, sex, height, body surface (BSA), posture and smoking habit. The purpose of this study is to develop predicting formulas and normal standards in healthy Chinese adult. On the other hand we evaluate the effects of smoking habits on spirometric pulmonary function.Ventilatory function of 446 subjects were examined by Collins spirometer. Subjects age range from 20 to 57 years old, their mean age is 45, mean height is 168 cm and BSA is 1.73m^2. The mean values of spirometric lung function were as follows: vital capacity: 3661 ml, max. breathing capacity: 108ml/min, FEV1.0/FCV(%): 77.2%, FEV3.0/FVC(%): 97.4%.A computer was used to analyze the data and calculate single on multiple regression equations as a predicting formula.
