摘要

配合利用蘋果牌Ⅱe型個人用微電腦和實驗小動物行為測試組合儀，我們設計了一種套裝軟體定名為M4MA。該軟體內容主要包括三種附屬程式體，分別為老鼠－4－主體，老鼠－4－分析體和老鼠－4－印表體。本硬軟體組合系統能够提供便捷運作的開機啟動，程式運用，以及資料分析等自動化作業功能，適合本室進行老鼠進食行為四十八小時內實驗資料的收集和結果分析。雖然本程式設計目的針對目前執行動物進食行為動態餐型之記錄和分析，但是，由於本程式主體結構靈活，實驗者可以徑行變更硬體組合，再行適用於測定其它生理行為變數的需要。

We designed a microcomputer (Apple IIe) hardware combination with software package called M4MA which offers a range of routines enabled us to set up, run and analyze data for research on rat’s feeding behavior over 48 hours. The three major outlines described are MOUSE-4-MAIN, MOUSE-4-ANALYSIS, and MOUSE-4-PRINTER. The routines are flexible and give the user efficient control over the parameters of the research and the collection and analysis of the data. Although designed for research on rat's feeding behavior, the software can be used for other research purposes, requireing only changes in the support hardware.
