NPY中樞心臟血管控制之研究

The Role of Neuropertide Y in Central Cardiovascular Control

摘要


神經胜肽Y(neuropeptide Y, NPY),它含有36個胺基酸的多胜肽,NPY在中樞神經系統是與新腎上腺素(adrenaline)上及腎上腺素(advenaline)神經元共存,且對交感性自主神經傳遞物質的分泌具有調節作用。本實驗之目的是在探討NPY在中樞心臟血管控制上扮演的角色。經由腦幹微最注射方法,發現單側微最注射NPY於孤立束核(nucleus tractus solitorii, NTS)會降低平均血壓及心跳;且NPY與α腎上腺素類藥物(α-methylnorepinephrine, clonidine)同時注射於孤立束核,兩者之間有拮抗作用。因此本實驗結果顯示NPY在中樞心臟血管控制上扮演重要角色。

Neuropeptide Y (NPY) is a 36 amino acid polypeptide that coexists with adrenaline and noradrenaline in the catecholaminergic system of the rat brain. In addition, NPY and catecholamines are porbably released by sympathetic activation. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of NPY in central cardiovascular control. Intramedullary microinjection techniques were used in the study. Unilateral microinjection of different concentrations of NPY produced dose-dependent inhibition of the mean blood pressure and heart rate in urethane clonidine) were microinjected concomitantly, we find anatgonistic effects of NPY and alpha clonidine) were microinjected conconcomitantly, we find anagtonistic effects of NPY and alpha 2-agnoist. We can conclude that NPY plays an important role in central cardiovascular control.
