前腹壁滑膜肉瘤一病例報告
Synovial Sarcoma of the Anterior Abdominal Wall-Case Report
摘要
滑膜肉瘤（Synovial sarcoma）是一種罕見的惡性腫瘤。好發於上下肢關節部位，常轉移至肺部、淋巴結和骨髓。文獻上報告，發生於前腹壁的滑膜肉瘤乃屬罕見。本病例報告一46歲女性病患，因腹部疼痛，經腹部超音波檢查，診斷為疑似橫紋肌肉瘤，後經切除活組織切片檢驗法（Excisional biopsy）和支氣管鏡切片檢查，證實為前腹壁滑膜肉瘤，轉移至肺部。對此症之可能病因，特性、病理所見與治療方式，作一討論，以供臨床參考。

Synovial sarcoma is a rare malignant tumor which develops in the extremities. On rare occasion it is also encountered in the abdominal wall. The principal sites of metastasis are the lung, followed by the lymph nodes and bone marrow. We report a 46 year-old woman, admitted due to lower abdominal pain for six months. The abdominal sonogram revealed suspicion of rhabd-omyosarcoma over left lower abdomen. Then, the biopsy of the excision and bronchoscope were performed. Finally, the pathology proved synovial sarcoma of the anterior abdominal wall with lung metastasis. Here we present this rare case and review of literatures in order to provide clinical reference in the future.
