Krukenberg Tumor with Diarrhea and Pelvic Abscess-A Case Report
摘要
Krukenberg腫瘤乃一含有粘蛋白指環細胞的轉移性卵巢癌，大部份是從胃腸道的腫瘤轉移而來。本文報告一Krukenberg腫瘤患者病例，併發有嚴重的腹瀉。在剖腹探查中，患者有兩側性卵巢腫瘤和骨盆腔膿瘍，以及在胃幽門前庭部有一雞蛋大小的腫瘤。在此患者最可能產生腹瀉的原因乃低血清白蛋白（血清白蛋白為1.7 gm/dl）。適當的診斷及治療的方法，文中予以討論。

Krukenberg tumor is a metastastic ovarian cancer containing mucinous signet ring cell. Most of the tumors metastases from a primary of gastrointestinal tract. We present a case demonstrating Krukenberg tumor with severe diarrhea. On laparotomy, she had bilateral ovarian tumor with pelvic abscess, and an hen-egg sized tumor in the pyloric vestibule of stomach. The hypoalbuminemia (serum albumin 1.7 gm/dl) has been suggested as the most possible cause of diarrhea in this case. The appropriate evaluation and management are discussed.
