孤立束核在中樞心臟血管控制神經徑路之研究

摘要


將過氧化氫酶(horse-radish peroxidase, HRP)注射於孤立束核,探討中樞心臟血管控制的神經徑路,發現有HRP神經元顯現於同側迷走神經下神經節(nodose ganglion),面神經膝狀神經節(geniculate ganglion)及兩側但同側顯著延腦嘴端腹外側(rostal ventrolateral medulla, RVL),縫核(nucleus raphe),疑核(nucleus ambiguus),副臂核(parabrachial nucleus)及下視丘室旁核(paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus)等區域。另將HRP注射於胸脊髓中間外側角(intermediolateral horn, IML),則有HRP神經顯現於孤立束核及延腦嘴端腹外側。由於HRP具有神經軸索包逆向導引解剖顯像特性,本實驗結果證實感壓反射迴饋徑路應當包括孤立束核至延腦腹外側及延腦腹外側至胸脊髓中間外側角兩階段之單一神經纖維走向。

To investigate the neural pathway of central cardiovascular control, we microinjected horseradish peroxide (HRP) into the NTS. Dense labeling was present ipsilateral in the nodose ganglion and geniculate ganglion; bilaterally with ipsilateral predominance in the rostal ventrolateral medulla (RVL), raphe nucleus, ambiguous nucleus, parochial nucleus, ventromedial nucleus of hypothalamus, paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus and posterior nucleus of hypothalamus. We found the pathway from the NTS to the RVL and the RVL to the spinal intermediolateral (IML) horn mediated the baroreceptor vasodepressor reflex.
