摘要

橈畸形手乃一罕見疾病，原因不明。其常合併其他先天異常且常致命。本文報告一小朋友罹患左側橈畸形手自生後即接受系列石膏矯正，於二歲 時接受正式手術（腕骨中央化於遠側尺骨處），追蹤二年，其有良好的手指及手腕功能。本文除病例報告、手術方法外另有文獻回顧。

Club hand is a rare disease entity. Here we reported a child having club hand of left upper extremity. Patient had received centralization of the carpus over distal ulna when he was 2 years old and there was no recurrence of deformity and good wrist and hand function after 2 years follow up period. This case report and operative technique were presented and literature was reviewed.
