摘要

軟骨黏液纖維瘤是一種少見的骨瘤，尤其是發在脊椎部份更是少見；在文獻上共有二十一例椎體軟骨黏液纖維瘤曾被報告過，而其中有七例是發生在胸椎部份，我們將討論一例在發生胸椎部份的巨大腫瘤。

Chondromyxoid fibroma is a rare bony tumor. Its location in the vertebral region is extremely rare. Among the twenty-one cases of chondromyxoid fibroma reported so far, seven cases were involving the thoracic vertebrae. A bulky tumor of thoracic vertebrae is discussed in this report.
