摘要


本研究利用澆鑄AZ61鎂合金,經過時效處理後,觀測且分析其顯微組織的構造。一般而言,處理後的鎂合金在機械性質上的強化可藉由觀察顯微組織,而了解其強化機制,因此設計此實驗,以求得AZ61鎂合金時效處理的最佳參數。 自行澆鑄AZ61鎂合金的顯微組織在室溫狀態下,由α與β雙相結構所組成,其中α相(固溶相)被β相(析出相Mgl7Al12)所圍繞,而β相以條層狀沿著晶界分佈,故本實驗主旨在於觀察經T6處理後其顯微組織以及相分佈的變化。

Observation and analysis of casted magnesium alloy AZ61 with aging treatment. The experiment is designed to observe the microstructure of the magnesium alloy after treatment for its strengthened mechanical nature, and understand the best parameters for the aging treatment of magnesium alloy AZ61. Casted magnesium alloy AZ61 contains two phases (α-and β-phase) in its initial state, with α (melting phase) surrounded by β (Mg17A11 separated phase), and the latter distributed strip-level along the grain boundary. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to observe the microstructure and distribution phase of magnesium alloy AZ61 after T6 treatment.
