手部的血液供應是由尺動脈、橈動脈以及在手掌內相溝通的動脈弓所支配,亞倫氏試驗是一種簡單、有效之測定手腳血液循環的檢查方法,它也是一種非侵犯性的檢查法。我們對301位健康的國中學生進行亞倫氏試驗發現,0.8%有正中動脈的存在,1.2%的學童掌動脈弓不全。同時對臨床上三位橈皮瓣的移植。所以亞倫氏試驗在某些情況可代替血管攝影,是值得推廣的一種檢查方法。

Circulation of the hand is contributed by the radial artery and unlar artery with their superficial and deep palmar arches.The Allen’s test is an effective simple method to interpret the integrity of arch systems of the hand. 602 hands of 301 Chinese students in a junior high school were investigated with Allen’s test. All of them did not suffer from any trauma on hands in the past. No neurological symptoms or complaints of hands were detected, too. The results showed that the incidence of a third artery was 0.8% and the incidence of incomplete arch was 1.2% in our healthy series. The Allen’s test were also applied to three patients on whom radial forearm flaps were performed. The complete success of those flaps with reverse blood flow confirmed the merits of Allen’s test while no preoperative angiograms were necessary. In our opinion the non-invasive Allen’s test is an useful method which should be mastered by every orthopaedic surgeon.
