The Double Contrast of Shoulder Arthrogram
雙重對比劑肩關節攝影之影像分析
摘要
台中榮民總醫院於民國七十四年五月起，從事雙重對比肩關節攝影檢查，至民國七十七年十二月止共有六十六個病人接受此項檢查。最主要的臨床症狀為肩部疼痛，肩關節運動受限制及無力等，其中七個病人有肩脫臼的病史。在這些病人的肩關節攝影中，二十個病人為正常X光影像；其他為不正常X光影像，同時發現二十四個病人為冰陳肩，十五個病人為軸轉肌腱裂傷及7個病人為脫臼現象，其分別說明於下。本篇主要目的乃希望藉此檢查的經驗能提供臨床更準確的診斷，且促使臨床醫師以亨解此種檢查及善加利用，以便能對肩關節的疾病做更好的評估與治療。

From May. 1985 to Dec. 1988, there were sixty-six paients, perfor-med by the double-contrast shoulder arthrography inour hospital. The most clinical symptoms were pain, limitation, and weakness of the shoul-der; seven cases had a history of dislocation of shoulder. The radiologic finding of the arthrography showed normal radiologic finding in twenty cases; and abnormal radiologic finding can differentiated into adhesive capsulitis (24 cases), tear of rotator cuff (15 cases) and dislocation (7 cases). The purpose of this study was expected to give more for accurate diagnosis for the disorders of shoulder, and provide more information for the clinical doctors to evaluate the many problems of the disorders of the shoulder.
