自1986年8 至1988年7月的兩年內,共經驗了100位經證實的膝部前十字韌帶斷裂的案例。每位病人在門診及麻醉狀態下,我們以anterior drawer test, Lachman test及pivot shift test來檢查膝部。後面的50位病人,並且時也使用KT-1000膝關節韌帶檢查器來檢查。 所得的結果是:Lachman test 及KT-1000膝關節韌帶檢查器的結果最準確;pivot shift test在麻醉狀態下也是很好的檢查方法,準確性亦是可信賴的。Anterior drawer test的準確性不高,不可只依anterior drawer test的檢查結果下診斷。另一可提供診斷的參考則是受傷當時及傷後三小時內,膝部的情形。
One hundred patients with surgically confirmed ACL insufficiency during a 24 months period were studied to compare the sensitivity of the anterior drawer, Lachman, pivot shift tests and the KT-1000 knee ligament arthrometer. All patients were examined in the OPD and under anesthesia. The Lachman test and KT-1000 knee ligament arthrometer had the highest sensitivity in both OPD and under anesthesia. The pivot shift had high sensitivity under anesthesia, but the anterior drawer test was not sensitive enough to rely on it.
