遠端橈尺關節之病變近年來得到大家之重視,許多手術利用調整橈尺之高度,達到治療之目的,因此正確地測定橈尺骨高度是必須的,我們利用25位正常人手腕,在四種常見姿式下量取橈尺骨高度,我們結果顯示,前臂旋後時,會降低尺骨高度,而手臂旋前時間有一半機會不會改變高度,但用力握拳會降低橈骨高度,因此為求準確地測定遠端橈尺關節變化,而需要一套準x-光下手臂姿式是必要的。
Definite determination of ulnar is vital in treating distal radio-ulnar problems. Twenty-five normal adults underwent x-ray examinations of both wrists in four different positions. The ulnar variance was determined on the radiography by a template of concentric circles. Our results showed that in standard positions:82% of wrists had positive variance, 12% of wrists had zero variance and 6% of wrists belonged to negative variance. Supination led to a less positive variance and pronation did not affect the variance in 50% of cases. But powerful grasping in pronation produced significantly more positive variance. In coclusion the ulnar variance changes due to different positions under x-ray beam, thus a standard way of measurement is mandatory.
