Based on the technical requirements of the intelligent building lighting management system, energy saving lighting management technology was researched and developed in this study. In the lighting system, a lighting decision-making system provides the lighting control system more optimized control parameters and the best energy consumption algorithms were designed. In addition to calculating the configuration parameters that meet the lighting environment needs, the decision-making system also features optimized energy consumption parameters and configuration plans in line with the needs, which, in turn, effectively applied for lighting energy use to achieve the purpose of energy saving and carbon reduction. The energy saving lighting system that combines the decision-making system and control system achieves spatial needs by adjusting the lighting to be in line with the environmental situation and dynamics, thereby significantly increasing the system's automation capabilities and increasing the added value of the system.
