兩岸科技交流之發展

摘要

科技交流乃知識成長之必然，兩岸政治發展的敵對會否影響兩岸科技發展？排除壓力下自發性台灣和大陸科技交流，本文從政策面和科技互補面切入研究。至於兩岸科技交流的層次，本文依據公開資料，從兩岸召開科技會議、科技資訊建檔交換、科技名詞規格統一、技術移轉、長聘彼岸科技專家、推動科技產業合作等六方面，從廣度和深度研究雙方交流情形。本文比較兩岸科技優缺項目、當局科技發展政策規劃和兩岸學術界、產業科技界交往發展資料，評估兩岸科技交流遠景、發現科技交流中的問題與障礙，最後結論中提出政策建議。

A beneficial relationship between the ROC and PRC exists because of exchanges of technology. In this article, the advantages and disadvantages of the technology exchanges of the ROC and PRC are examined, and the planning of development policy and future cooperation are evaluated. This article has six parts:
1. The cooperative technology development meetings,
2. The data information exchanges,
3. The standardization of technology,
4. The technology transfer,
5. The employment of Taiwanese and Chinese professionals, and
6. The improvement of cooperation between technological companies.
