Pseudozyma aphidis, a New Record of Ustilaginomycetous Anamorphic Fungi in Taiwan

摘要

BCRC 34125及BCRC 34798為分離自臺灣銀合歡豆莢之黑穗菌綱無性世代真菌，依據形態特徵、生理生化特性及rRNA基因ITS1-5.8S-ITS2序列分析結果鑑定為Pseudozyma aphidis，為臺灣新紀錄種，本文描述及圖示其形態及生理生化特徵。

Two ustilaginomycetous anamorphic strains, BCRC 34125 and BCRC 34798 (=BCRC 07F0478), were isolated from Taiwan. Based on the morphology, physiological characteristics, and phylogenetic analysis of rRNA gene sequence of internal transcribed spacer 1 (ITS1)-5.8S-ITS2, these strains were identified as Pseudozyma aphidis. This species is recorded as new to the fungal flora of Taiwan. Morphological and physiological characteristics were illustrated and described.
