摘要


現代醫學檢驗技術飛速的發展,但細胞形態學的顯微鏡檢查仍是一項以人工為主的作業,為將其提升到數位影像自動標準化,本院引進血球數位影像處理系統(DI-60),進行評估,以人工鏡檢(A)作為標準法,比較DI-60預分類(B)和數位影像人工覆核(C)正確性。在B和C預分類正確率為84%;三組以Analysis of variance統計,p<0.05分別為A和B: Segmented neutrophil、Lymphocyte、Monocyte、Basophil、Metamyelocyte、Variant lymphocyte;B和C: Lymphocyte、Metamyelocyte、Variant lymphocyte。其它均無顯著差異。

Although nowadays the technology of automation in medical laboratory is more and more advanced, the operation of microscopic examination for cell morphology still mainly relies on persons. In order to upgrade the automatic standardization of digital images, our laboratory has introduced the digital morphology analyzer Sysmex DI 60. The accuracy of DI-60 pre-classification (B) and reclassification (C) were evaluated using manual microscopy (A) as the standard for comparison. The results show the accuracy of B & C was 84%; three groups were analyzed by Analysis of variance. The groups with p <0.05 are A and B: Segmented neutrophil、Lymphocyte、Monocyte、Basophil、Metamyelocyte、Variant lymphocyte; B and C: Lymphocyte、Metamyelocyte、Variant Lymphocyte. The others are not with significantly different.
