本研究以BIM應用於鋼構廠生產製造之目標,研究BIM模型資訊之正確性、模型版本管理與模型資料擷取之自動化,使其輔助鋼構廠之構件管理與生產線製造之資訊提供,建模使用之BIM軟體為Tekla Structures,並利用其所提供之Tekla Open API開發系統外掛程式,將模型資訊的處理與分析自動化,建立BIM模型之正確性驗證程序與版次差異之管理,輔助相關作業人員針對BIM模型資訊以有效率的修正與審查,並以驗證後之BIM模型產生物料清單(Bill of Materials, BOM),提供資訊於鋼構構件生產製造,利用自動化之系統與功能模組,以達到減少人力資源與時間成本。
Based on the concept of using virtual component model to assist the manufacturing of real component, this study develops a web-based system to automate correctness check, version comparison, and data acquisition of BIM for steel structure by using Tekla Open API and web programming tools. The functional modules of the proposed system can assist operator to effectively check and revise BIM, review the differences between different versions of BIM, and generate a Bill of Materials (BOM) with the verified BIM to provide information for the manufacture of steel components. Such automation can reduce the cost of human resources and time.
