Multiculturalism: Iris Marion Young's Politics of Difference and Communicative Democracy
摘要
本論文旨在以Iris Marion Young 的政治哲學，探討民主政治社會所存在的問題。為達此目標，本文將討論Young 的理論對時代議題的反省與言論做為分析內容，藉此深入瞭解對於民主社會如何形成共識的論述。本文的第一部為前言，負責提出本文所欲瞭解的問題。第二部分討論對當代分配典範的批判。第三、四部分討論政治制度與結構的關係。第五部分探討溝通民主的論述。第六部分為差異政治下的代議政治，在結論部分，本論文發現，Young 的差異政治理論的理論概念，雖然不同於傳統政治哲學，但卻可以幫助我們更為真切的思考政治世界中的不同面向，甚至擴展我們對於政治世界想像空間。

The purpose of this article is to explore problems of the democracy with special reference to Iris Marion Young's political philosophy. In order to do so, this article will examine the Young's political theories and insights on the contemporary issue. I will begin with an explanation of the problematics in my inquiry. Secondly, I indicate that the critiques of distributive paradigm. Thirdly and fourthly, I analyze the relation with Political System and structure. Then, I discuss the Young's communicative democracy, regarding as the discourse of politics of difference. In the conclusion, despite that politics of difference is different from traditional western political thought and criticized by many scholars, I still think that Young's political philosophy is broaden our horizons in political world.
