Several diaryl ketone derivatives such as 2-thienyI2’-methoxyphenyl ketone (C53), 2-furyl 2’-hydroxyphenyI ketone (C73), and 2-thienyI 2’-hydroxyphenyl ketone (C85) possess significant antiplatelet aggregation activity. The conformational features of these three active diary ketone derivatives were analyzed using the grid scan search method to find common conformations that might he responsible for their antiplatelet aggregation activity.
