鎳基超合金Haynes 282在950°C之初期空氣中高溫氧化行為研究

摘要


鎳基超合金Haynes 282為先進超超臨界(A-USC)燃煤發電系統的候選結構材料。本研究利用熱重分析儀(TGA)對Haynes 282進行950℃下24小時的增重行為分析,並利用箱型爐進行950℃高溫空氣中進行12至96小時之氧化,探討該溫度下的氧化動力學,其增重結果符合拋物線曲線。此外,使用X光繞射儀(XRD)探討282合金氧化層內的相組成及結晶結構。利用帶有特徵X光能譜分析儀(EDS)之場發射掃描式電子顯微鏡(FEG-SEM)對其氧化層進行表面微結構觀察與成份分析,並利用帶有EDS的聚焦離子束電子束掃瞄式顯微鏡(FIB-SEM)對初期高溫氧化試片進行截面觀察與成分分析。

Haynes 282, a nickel-based superalloy, is a candidate structural material for advanced ultra-supercritical (AUSC) coal-fired power generation systems. In this study, the thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) was used to analyze the weight gain behavior of Haynes 282 at 950°C for the exposure time of 24 hours, and a box furnace was used to perform the air oxidation test of Haynes 282 at 950°C from 12 to 96 hours. The studies of oxidation kinetics revealed that both results correspond with the parabolic curve. In addition, the crystal structure of oxide layer on the specimens of 282 alloy surface were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). A field emission scanning electron microscope (FEG-SEM) with characteristic energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and the dual beam focused ion beam (FIB) system was used to observe the microstructure and composition analysis of the surface of the oxide layer.
