成年人髖臼發育不全的處理－髖臼旋轉切骨術
Management of Acetabular Dysplasia in Adults-Rotational Acetabular Osteotomy
摘要
成年人的髖臼發育不全症患者會因關節內不正常增高的壓力而導致關節破壞亦即退化性關節炎。如果在病程的早期給予適當的切骨手術以調整髖臼的位置，當可中止關節的破壞，解除關節痛症狀，且令病人擁有一個近乎正常的關節。諸多切骨手術中，髖臼旋轉切骨術（rotational acetabular osteotomy）是一項難度較高但是成績較好的手術。本文將介紹這項手術的用途，手術方法，優點，並加上三例病案報告，以及個人經驗。

There is abnormally increased joint pressure found in the hips with dysplastic acetabulum. The joints will be destroyed and osteoarthritis inevitable. If some kinds of osteotomies which were done early in its course, osteoarthritic change can be halt and the patient may have a relatively normal joint. Among those ostenotomies, rotational acetabular osteotomy is more technique, advantages of this operation. Three cases reports and personal expericnce are included.
