摘要

妊娠高血壓是當今產婦三大死亡原因之ㄧ。由於引發此症的病理機轉至今仍未完全瞭解，因此尚無有效之預防方法以杜絕此症。臨床上妊娠高血壓之表徵輕重不一、多采多姿，完全視所波及之器官而定。本篇提出一位子癇症患者合併出現溶血、肝功能異常及血小板降低等症狀、經引產安全產下一女嬰之臨床報告。

Pregnancy induved hypertension (PIH) is common and form one of the great triad that continue to be responsible for a large number of maternal death. Unfortunately, the pathophysiology of PIH remains unsolved despite intensive reserch. The HELLP syndrome in the pre-eclampsic or eclampsic patient is characterized by hemolysis (H), elevated liver enzyme (EL) and low platelet count LP). This case report describes a eclampsic patient complicated with HELLP syndeome.
