摘要
新生兒水痘是一種罕見的疾病。本篇病例報告一個18天大的男嬰，因３天前全身開始出現水痘皮疹而住院。他曾輕微發燒一天。食慾很差。他的母親再生產後第四天出現水痘皮疹(是被家人傳染的)。理學檢查發現病嬰外觀呈急性病容，活動力很差。頭頸部、口腔、軀幹及四肢接佈滿各階段大小不一的水痘皮疹，胸部可聽到右側肺部有曪音。胸部X光片顯示又上肺有堅實變化。免疫學檢查發現病嬰的Varicella-Zoster virus(VZV)IgG抗體效價為1：２(一)。病嬰在新生兒水痘及肺炎的診斷之下，立即給予acyclovir(15mg/kg-8h)7天及抗生素21天，出院時已痊癒。

Neonatal Varicella is an uncommon disease. This report presents a 18-day-old male infant who sufferred from vesicular-bullous eruption for 3 days before admission. He had got fever for one day with poor appetile. His mother developed varicella on the fourgh day post-oartum by a family exposure. Physical examination on admission revealed an acutely ill infant with poor activity. Awidespread vesicular erption was found over the head, neck oral cavity, trunk and extremities. Chest X-ray film showed a consolidation over right upper lung where it was heard to be moist rales. The Varicalla-Zoster virus IgG titer of the patient was 1;2(一). Under the imperssion of meonatal varicella and pneumonia, acycolvir(15mg/kg/8h) and antibiotic (cecalothin) were give for days and 21 days respectively. The baby recovered completely on discharge.
